We use privacy-first product analytics and session replay to improve WorkflowPulse. Recordings mask all text and inputs - we never capture your automation data, secrets, or client details. See our privacy policy.

The short, honest version of the deal between us.
WorkflowPulse monitors n8n instances and workflows you connect, detects failures, silences, instance health problems and published vulnerable-version ranges, and sends the alerts and reports you configure. Monitoring is best-effort detection, not a guarantee that every failure is caught: windows we cannot observe are reported as unknown, and we make no SLA or uptime-percentage claims. We monitor WorkflowPulse with independent external checks and publish our uptime.
Plans, limits and prices are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly through Dodo Payments and can be cancelled any time; you keep paid features until the end of the paid period. If a downgrade puts you over your plan’s limits, we pause the oldest over-limit resources - we never delete your data over a billing change.
Your monitoring data is yours. What we store and never store is documented on the security page; deletion works as described in the privacy policy.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for losses caused by failures of the automations we monitor.
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice unless the situation makes that impossible.
